My mailing address is: 230 Kings Highway East, STE 106, Haddonfield, NJ 08033. I do not receive mail at the private practice address.

FEES

I do not accept insurance, but can provide you with a bill to submit for partial reimbursement. Please call your insurance company to determine if you have out-of-network mental health benefits. If so, ask the following three questions:

"What is my deductible?"
"How much of my out-of-network treatment is covered after the deductible has been met?"
"Is there a session limit for a calendar year?"
